Blade returned home in January 2025 due to his owners change in circumstances and he has certainly changed a lot since I last saw him!

 

He is by Sabre who now resides at Hermits Stud and out of my best show mare who achieved top place results at County Level as a youngster.

 

Blade needs a bit of TLC to build up his muscle and condition, but with Spring around the corner I am confident he will blossom alongside the daffodils!

 

He reminds me so much of his Sire in every respect - with cracking bone, a robust, square shaped body, a masculine head with masses of hair and dazzling blue eyes. He certainly has the WOW factor!

 

In temperament he is soft & kind with delightful manners and adores being fussed over, just like both his parents.

 

Blade is a rare Cremello Dun so will always produce dilute foals and some of them will also be dun too!

Depending upon how he shapes up and his test results, I will run Blade with one of my experienced mares this year and all being well, he will be put forward for his VVE & SPSBS Stallion Licensing.
